Day-1 Chengdu(AIR)Lhasa(land)Tsedang (LD, Overnight in Tsedang) Flight to Lhasa Gonggar airport in the afternoon. After arrival, your guide will welcome you and transfer to Tsedang, the source place of Tibet culture.
Day-2 Tsedang (BLD, overnight in Tsedang) After breakfast, visit Yumbulhakang, the first palace built in Tibet. Then drive 35km to the ferry boat place, and taking boat to cross the Yarluzangbo River, visit the first Buddhist Monastery in Tibet-- Syamye Monastery, going around Samye Monastery to explore the retreat of the pilgrims.
Day-3 Tsedang/Gongar/Chushui/Gyantse/Shigatse (BLD, overnight in Shigatse) After breakfast, drive to the second largest city in Tibet, Shigatse. En route visit one of the three scared lakes in Tibet--- Yamdrok Yumtso, enjoy the breathtaking beautiful lake scenery. Then drive to ancient town Gyantse, visit the Palkhor Chode Monastery a complex composed of sixteen monasteries of the three different sects: Gelugpa, Sakyapa and Bhoton. Check in hotel after arrival at Shigatse.
Day-4 Shigatse/Lhasa (BLD, Overnight in Lhasa) Drive back to Lhasa after breakfast. Morning visit Tashilunpo Monastery the offical seat of the Panchen Lama. Have a good rest after arrival.
Day-5 Lhasa City tour: Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barhkor street. (BLD, overnight in Lhasa) Today you will have one day city tour in Lhasa visiting the famous Potala Palace he symbol of Qinghai-Tibet plateau built in the 7th century by respectful Tibetan king-Songtsen Gampo, Jokhang Temple he sacred place for every Buddhists, and Barhkor Street he market collected souvenir shops, bars and guesthouses. Guide will accompany you to introduce the attractions, but vehicle, meals, entry tickets are not included.
Day-6 Lhasa/Gonggar airport(AIR)Chengdu(air)Hongkong (B) After breakfast, your guide will come to your hotel to send you to airport and fly back chengdu, transit flight to Hongkong the same day. End the Tibet tour.
